I followed the spiritual threads.
My spiritual path has never been particularly tidy nor linear.
I've always been a bit of a depth-seeker and a meaning-maker.
And, looking back, I think my neurodivergent brain may have had something to do with it.
I didn't really have hobbies as a child.
I had special interests.
From about eleven, I was completely fascinated by mythology and alchemy ; the symbols, the stories, the hidden meanings, the ideas that seemed to suggest there was another layer underneath ordinary life which connected it all.
At sixteen, I got my first tarot deck and started asking questions in my meditation practice.
the insights which emerged meant that i was hooked and never looked back.
And the pattern continued.
A book would lead to a tradition.
A tradition would lead to a practice.
A practice would open another door to bigger questions.
I've followed these golden threads through spirituality, mysticism, energy work, mediumship, ritual, contemplative practice, healing and sacred ceremony.
I've studied, I've trained and practised. I've taught. I've questioned and i've stayed open to changing my mind.
And kept looking and seeking.
Not because I believe there is one perfect spiritual system waiting to be found.
Quite the opposite.
I wanted somewhere wide enough for all my questions, and deep enough to hold how much this work means to me.
So eventually, I began creating that expanded interior space for myself, and now i support other seekers to find that inner space for themselves.

What I've learned along the way
I've learned that spirituality doesn't require us to switch off our critical thinking.
That a powerful spiritual experience doesn't automatically tell us what it means.
That intuition can be subtle.
that super-sensitivity can be our greatest gift and our biggest challenge.
That certainty isn't always the same thing as truth.
that sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is pause and ask: “Is this actually mine?”
that boundaries are sacred space
I believe a mature spiritual life asks us to become more discerning, not less.
being More curious is a gift
emotions are not to be feared or bypassed
our experience is asking us to be embodied.
sometimes inner peace is becoming More willing to sit with mystery and the unknown.
I think that a grounded spirituality has to be able to survive contact with real life.
The mystical is wonderful ... But so too are the school runs, the difficult conversation with a loved one, the laundry, healing a relationship, the work meeting and the Wednesday afternoon when everything feels a bit much.
That's where the spiritual life gets lived.

I know what it is to have a spiritual life that doesn't fit neatly into one box.
To be fascinated by many traditions without wanting to belong unquestioningly to any one of them.
To have profound experiences and still want to ask good questions.
To love mystery and still want discernment.
To want spirituality to be transformative, but also grounded enough to make sense when you're facing a life challenge.
That is the kind of spiritual life I'm interested in.
And it's the kind of space I want to create for other people.
I want to help you develop a relationship with the sacred that is deep, expansive and grounded ...
your own Holy Ground.
My role in Ministry isn't to tell you what Spirit is saying.
It's to create the space in which you can listen deeply enough to recognise what is emerging and true for you.
I bring my experience, my frameworks and approaches, my spiritual training, a healthy dose of intuition, questions and knowledge of the traditions I've walked through.
You bring your life, your questions and your own wisdom.
... and Together, we pay attention.
There may be moments of silence.
Questions. Laughter. Tears.
A tarot card on the table.
A methodology or a spiritual practice to try.
Something you've said that I gently return to because I suspect there is more hiding inside it.
Sometimes I'll offer what I'm sensing.
Sometimes I'll gently challenge an assumption.
Sometimes we'll simply sit with something that isn't ready to be resolved.
There is no performance required.
You don't need to arrive with the right words.
most people rarely do.
I like to imagine that we all carry candles.
Sometimes our flame burns brightly.
Sometimes it flickers.
When we work together, I'm not lighting your candle for you.
I'm holding the light of my own candle steady enough that you can become still enough to notice your own light.
That is the heart of spiritual accompaniment for me.
Walking beside you while you learn to read the landscape for yourself, by the light of your own candle
This work has ancient roots; there have always been guides on the path
We were never meant to awaken alone

This is for you if...
You already have a spiritual life and want to go deeper.
You're curious about spirituality but don't want to leave your critical thinking at the door.
You're navigating a threshold, transition or season of questioning.
You've had spiritual or intuitive experiences you want to explore rather than simply explain away.
You have space for mystery and "unknowing"
You value depth, discernment and genuine conversation.
You want spirituality that can actually be lived in ordinary life.
You don't need to have it all figured out.
This may not be your path if,..
You're looking for someone to give you definitive answers about what Spirit, God or the Universe wants you to do.
You want a fixed spiritual system where everything has already been decided.
You need someone to predict your future
You are not willing to do some reflection and deep work
You're looking for someone to remove all uncertainty from the path.
You want spirituality to be an escape from being human rather than a way of meeting your humanity more deeply.
There are wonderful people doing that work.
It's simply not quite mine.
I'm more interested in what happens when we become curious enough to listen.

My professional path
I'm an Ordained Interfaith Minister with One Spirit Interfaith Foundation, with experience in spiritual development, pastoral care, workplace and community chaplaincy, ritual and ceremony.
I'm also a Reiki Master Teacher, trained in Usui Reiki, Angelic Reiki and Egyptian Sekhem-Scheicheim Reiki.
My wider practice has included mediumship, intuitive and psychic development, contemplative practice, sound and vibrational work, sacred ceremony and mystical traditions.

I have no interest in making you dependant upon me.
Good spiritual accompaniment should ultimately return you to your own agency.
you are a sovereign being; I'll walk alongside you, you do not need a Guru.
I believe that the Body, Community and the Earth belongs in our Spirituality
The sacred isn't something that happens exclusively in your mind.
It lives in breath, nature, sensation, presence, the Seasons, relationships, grief, careful stewardship of the Planet, respecting people and their story, ordinary life and the body and ecosystem that you're actually living in.
All life is sacred and we are connected through the thread of the divine.
I don't think that questioning is a failure of Faith (at all)
Sometimes questioning is exactly what spiritual maturity looks like.
You are allowed to outgrow an idea or an individual concept, without having to abandon your spirituality.
I take Spiritual experiences seriously - but not always as direct instructions
Mystical experiences can be profound - but They're also open to interpretation.
I believe we can honour mystery without abandoning our own agency, curiosity, critical thinking or discernment.
I believe that sometimes the Holiest work is often the most ordinary
The mystical isn't just found in altered states, retreats or extraordinary experiences.
It can meet you in the quiet moment when you finally stop running from yourself.
This is the Holy Here.
i don't believe the sacred is somewhere else.
It's right here.
when we are at peace In our meditation.
As we hold a boundary.
Deep in the woodland grove.
In our private grief and shared laughter.
At the thresholds of life, and the wild edges of how we love
In the ordinary, extraordinary sometimes messy business of being alive.
The mystical isn't an escape from being human.
It can be a way of meeting being human more deeply.
This is The Holy Here that I have come to know.
And if something in you has been quietly following a thread...
If you've been looking for somewhere wide enough for your questions and deep enough for your becoming...
I'm glad you've found your way here.
