Healing Session (in person)

A space to pause, receive and reconnect.

Not everything needs to be worked out.

Sometimes the most useful thing we can do is stop for a while and receive.

My healing sessions blend Reiki, Angelic Healing and Sekhem-Seichim with crystal bowl resonance and simple contemplative practices where appropriate.

There is no prescribed sequence.

Each session is shaped by what is needed on the day.

You don't need to know anything about Reiki or energy work beforehand. You simply arrive, settle in and allow yourself some space to be held.

Sessions are gentle, spacious and intuitive. You remain fully clothed throughout.

Before your first session

If you're new to Reiki with me, you'll need to complete a short Reiki intake form and medical declaration before your first appointment.

This helps me understand anything relevant to your session and make sure the work is appropriate for you.

Reiki and spiritual healing are complementary practices and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
