Accompaniment Session

A space to listen, explore and go deeper.

There are times when you don't need another answer.

You need space to hear what is already stirring within you.

An Accompaniment Session is a one-to-one space for spiritual reflection, exploration and discernment.

We might explore your spiritual practice, something you're experiencing, a decision that has no obvious answer, a period of transition, or simply a sense that your spiritual life is asking to deepen.

I won't arrive with a formula for you.

We'll pay attention together -to what you're noticing, what is emerging, what doesn't quite fit, and what your deeper knowing may be asking of you.

What you might bring

You may be developing your intuition or spiritual practice.

Questioning something you have previously believed.

Moving through a threshold in your life.

Or simply wanting somewhere thoughtful and grounded to explore what is unfolding.

You don't have to arrive with a neatly formed question.

Your session

60 minutes · £60

Online via Zoom or in person (by arrangement) if you are local to Dorset

If, during our work together, it feels as though a deeper period of accompaniment would be useful, we can talk about that too.

There is no expectation to continue.
